These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://alila-travel.com/ and the flight booking services provided by ALILA TRAVEL ("we", "us", "our", the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking.

By accessing our website or submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are booking on behalf of a minor as their parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Bookings & Reservations

Flight bookings made through ALILA TRAVEL are subject to availability and confirmation from the relevant airline. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive an official E-Ticket via the email address provided in your booking form. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline; we do not operate the flights ourselves.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed and paid in full. Prices may vary based on fare class, route, promotional codes, and airline pricing policies. Payment must be completed through the payment methods we provide; bookings are not guaranteed until payment is verified.

4. Ticket Issuance

E-Tickets are issued electronically and sent to the email address you provide during booking. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address entered is active, valid, and correctly spelled. ALILA TRAVEL is not responsible for tickets that fail to arrive due to incorrect contact information provided by the passenger.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Requests to change or cancel a booking are subject to the fare rules and policies of the operating airline, which may include change fees, cancellation fees, or non-refundable fare conditions. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a timeframe determined by the airline and payment provider, and may take several business days to reflect in your account.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All names, dates of birth, and identity numbers (ID Card/KTP or Passport) entered match your official identification documents exactly.
  • Your travel documents (ID, passport, visa, health documents where required) are valid for the duration of your trip.
  • You arrive at the airport with sufficient time before departure, in accordance with the airline's check-in requirements.
  • You comply with all applicable immigration, customs, and health regulations of your origin, transit, and destination countries.

ALILA TRAVEL is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or invalid passenger information or documentation.

7. Airline & Third-Party Liability

Once a booking is confirmed, the contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline. Matters such as flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage handling, and onboard service are governed by the airline's own terms and conditions and applicable aviation regulations. ALILA TRAVEL will assist in communicating with the airline on your behalf where possible, but is not liable for the airline's operational decisions.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading passenger or payment information.
  • Attempt to copy, reproduce, scrape, or clone any part of our website or its content without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our Service.
  • Use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local or international law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALILA TRAVEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or loss of personal belongings, except where such liability arises directly from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
